Dorch HPFP Warranty Claim Instructions
If you are experiencing an issue with your Dorch Engineering HPFP, please follow the steps below to send your unit in for warranty testing and evaluation.
Required Components
To process your warranty claim, we only require the following items (do not include any additional aftermarket parts or accessories):
- HPFP (High-Pressure Fuel Pump)
- 4x Mounting bolts
- Mounting flange
Packaging
Please package the pump carefully to prevent transit damage, which could complicate the warranty evaluation.
- Protect the Electronics: Pay special attention to the plastic electrical connector.
- Seal the Unit: Ensure the pump is completely sealed inside a plastic bag (e.g., a Ziploc freezer bag) to prevent residual fuel leakage.
- Box & Padding: Use the original box, caps, and protective packaging if you have them. Otherwise, securely pad the sealed pump inside a sturdy shipping box.

For the fastest processing, please complete the Warranty Claim Form below and place a printed copy of the confirmation email you receive after submitting the form inside your shipping box. The confirmation email contains the information we need to identify and process your claim.
What Happens Next?
Once received, our engineering team will diagnose the unit on the bench. We prioritize all warranty evaluations to minimize your downtime and will coordinate your repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
