To return your core, please follow the preparation instructions below. Once your core is ready, fill out the form to provide your tracking details. Please include a printed copy of the resulting confirmation email inside the shipping box with your vacuum pump core.
Preparation Instructions
- Drain Fluids: Fully drain the unit. It will be full of oil upon removal.
- Remove Accessories: Remove the cam follower(s) and the cam sensor. We only need the bare vacuum pump.
- Do Not Send: Do NOT include HPFP units themselves, only the vacuum pump.
- Pack Securely: Be sure to pack the core VERY WELL, especially around the front oil valve (where the shaft sticks out) and near the plastic vacuum fitting. These are only sold as complete units from BMW so we cannot source individual components. If you have our original product box and packaging foam, this is the safest way to ship it back.
