Please follow the instructions below to prepare your core for shipment. Once shipped, fill out this form to provide your tracking details. Please include a copy of your contact information inside of the shipping box.
Preparation Instructions
- Drain Fluids: Fully drain the unit. It will be full of oil upon removal.
- Remove Accessories: Remove the cam follower(s) and the side sensor. We only need the bare vacuum pump.
- Do Not Send: Do NOT include HPFP units
- Pack Securely: Use extra padding around the front oil valve (where the shaft sticks out) and the plastic vacuum fitting. Be sure to pack the core VERY WELL, especially around the front oil valve (where the shaft sticks out) and near the plastic vacuum fitting. These are only sold as complete units from BMW so individual components cannot be sourced.
