Dorch Injector Warranty Claim Instructions
Required Components
To process your claim, we only require the injectors being sent in for evaluation. Please do not include any additional fuel lines, rails, or aftermarket accessories.
Protect the Tips & Plugs: Please package the injectors carefully to prevent damage during transit. Pay special attention to protecting the plastic electrical connectors and the delicate injector tips.
Seal the Units: Ensure the injectors are completely sealed inside a plastic bag (e.g., a Ziploc freezer bag) to prevent any residual fuel leakage.
Box & Padding: If you have the original box, protective caps, or packaging, please use them. Otherwise, ensure they are heavily padded inside a sturdy shipping box so they cannot bounce around.

⚠️ Important: For the fastest processing, please complete the Warranty Claim Form below and place a printed copy of the confirmation email you receive after submitting the form inside your shipping box. The confirmation email contains the information we need to identify and process your claim.
