After years of development, we’re excited to introduce the world’s first true upgraded DI injector! Until now, the only way to achieve increased flow in the aftermarket was to modify an OEM injector. This of course is ultimately a compromised solution and as our legacy can attest to, at Dorch Engineering, we simply don’t compromise. Instead, through our long-term engineering partnership with Stanadyne, we now have a proper B58 injector solution, designed from the ground up. By leveraging Dorch’s hardware and software applications expertise with Stanadyne’s patented technology and manufacturing capabilities, we end up with a Tier 1 OEM quality drop-in injector with MASSIVE fueling gains!
Since we’re working with a blank-slate design, what you get is an injector that has truly been optimized for the aftermarket performance world and for alcohol-based fuels. At the most basic level, we’re able to simply make material choices that ensure the best possible E85 compatibility and reliability. In a deeper dive, a more efficient magnetic design allows for the best possible ballistic control. This improved low pulse-width control in combination with having COMPLETE control over our spray pattern, is the real secret to the success of these game-changing injectors. Translation: We can increase flow by over 100% without sacrificing idle quality on pump gas!

Our initial release for Gen1 is our “smaller” DE70 injector which offers +70% additional flow beyond the stock injectors. These are true 70% gains while retaining stock drivability and idle, and we’re just getting started! Making an injector flow a ton of fuel is the easy part. It’s that flow combined with the stock pump gas idle characteristics that set us well apart from any other option. With the flow rates that we can achieve, this simply isn’t feasible with the “old way” of doing things. Buckle up for some never before seen uncompromised DI performance!
Software changes are required to run these injectors. If using Bootmod3, MHD, or MG Flasher, simply check the box (COMING SOON) for our injector upgrade when flashing. Otherwise, please send your .BIN file to tuning@dorchengineering.com for the appropriate software implementation via WinOLS.
