Our 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns strictly for brand new, uninstalled parts within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The part must be entirely brand new, unused, and uninstalled. We cannot accept items that show signs of mocking up, tool marks, bolt thread engagement, or fuel exposure.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all original hardware, instructions, and materials included.
⚠️ Important Note: Any returned items that show signs of installation, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender at their expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How the Process Works
- Submit the Form: Fill out the Return Authorization form below with your order details.
- Check Your Inbox: Upon submission, you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your return details and our shipping address.
- Pack and Ship: Print your return confirmation email and place it inside the box. If you cannot print it, simply include a note with your name, contact information, and order number. Pack your item securely, placing it inside a separate outer shipping box to protect the original product packaging.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your package and verify the item is in brand-new condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
