Agreement between User and www.dorchengineering.com:
Welcome to www.dorchengineering.com. The www.dorchengineering.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Dorch Engineering, LLC. (“Dorch Engineering”). www.dorchengineering.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of www.dorchengineering.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
www.dorchengineering.com is an E-Commerce Site.
We provide engineered aftermarket performance products for enthusiasts, by enthusiasts
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Dorch Engineering is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Dorch Engineering and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Payment:
All payment goes directly through the website via Paypal. We accept Paypal payments directly along with all major credit cards. We do not place orders via phone.
Shipping Policy:
UPS Ground shipping is the standard shipping unless otherwise noted. The only exceptions to this are PO boxes and Military addresses which can only be shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping services are available for an additional cost. Standard shipping does not include any insurance and Dorch Engineering is not responsible for any shipper related damages. Shipping insurance can be quoted and charged to the order if desired.
International-
All international shipping is via DHL Express unless otherwise noted. All applicable fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Dorch Engineering. LLC is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for international shipments. It is up to the customer to be familiar with local fees and duties and to pay them for final delivery.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All returns must be unopened, unused brand new products. Returns must be requested via info@dorchengineering.com and all return requests must be placed within 30 days of the original purchase. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All returns require prior authorization via email before shipping, at which time you will receive the proper return address and instructions. All return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed after the items have been inspected and restocked.
Warranty
All high-pressure fuel pump kits are under a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser of the kit. This warranty can NOT be transferred and is tracked by serial number. This warranty does not cover any labor or diagnostic charges incurred. It also does not cover shipping damages, misuse, or tampering. Warranty claims are all dealt with 100% by EMAIL ONLY. All return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If the warranty claim is valid, Dorch Engineering will ship out the repaired and/or new replacement components free of charge.
Warranty Instructions
Email into info@dorchengineering if you have a warranty claim. You must include all applicable original order information, photos, and DATALOGS to get the process started. We do not accept warranty claims without following our diagnostics steps and providing our requested datalogs. DO NOT remove the Dorch Engineering HPFP before we have finished our remote diagnostics and have approved the warranty claim.
Once a warranty has been approved there are two options. The first option is to ship the defective item back to us for testing. If it is deemed defective, we will repair or replace the item for no charge and ship it back via ground shipping. If it tests good, then the customer will be billed for the return shipping of their choosing. Option two would be to send out a replacement item. This would require a deposit of the full kit price as a security deposit plus applicable shipping charge. Once the defective item is returned to us and inspected, we will process a refund for the entire amount of the security deposit.
Core Policy
For “Lift Kit” products, a core deposit is charged to ensure the return of the customer’s original vacuum pump core to Dorch Engineering. These cores must be returned within 60 days to receive a full refund of the deposit amount. All cores are subject to inspection and any physical damage will result in a denial of the refund. The refunds are processed after the inspections are complete and will typically be processed within 1 week of the arrival of the core.
Core return instructions can be found on the website or in your new Dorch Engineering Lift Kit package.

www.dorchengineering.com may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Dorch Engineering and Dorch Engineering is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Dorch Engineering is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Dorch Engineering of the site or any association with its operators.
International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Dorch Engineering from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Dorch Engineering Content accessed through www.dorchengineering.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Liability Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. DORCH ENGINEERING, LLC. AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.
ALL PRODUCT INSTALLATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED ONLY BY TRAINED PROFESSIONALS AND ONLY THROUGH THE METHODS STRICTLY OUTLINED IN OUR INSTALLATION GUIDES. FAILURE TO FOLLOW PROPER INSTALLATION PROCEDURE MAY RESULT IN VEHICLE DAMAGE, INJURY, OR DEATH. DORCH ENGINEERING, LLC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RELATED TO INSTALLATION ERRORS.
Changes to Terms
Dorch Engineering reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.dorchengineering.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Dorch Engineering encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
